Common questions
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select 365 Positive Days. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Restoring purchases
If your subscription doesn't appear after reinstalling the app or signing in on a new device, open the app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Refund requests
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
Notifications aren't arriving
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → 365 Positive Days and confirm that notifications are allowed. Then in the app, go to Settings → Notifications to confirm your reminder time.
Reporting a quote or community submission
If you come across a quote you believe is inappropriate, misattributed, or infringes on someone's rights, email us at [email protected] with a screenshot or the quote text and we'll review it promptly.
Deleting your data
You can delete journal entries and favorites at any time from within the app. To request deletion of any other information we hold about you, email us at [email protected].
